51. The Planner

Are you feeling a little overwhelmed by your thoughts? If regulations allow, perhaps this is a good time to go outside for a walk to empty your mind. Once your mind is cleared, head back home. Get a marker and some blank paper and start writing out a plan to take back control of the situation. After all, you are The Planner! Go through as many details as you can. Write them all down or draw a mind map if that’s your kind of thing. What is the problem? How many solutions can you think of? Who can help you? Keep going until you’ve got everything covered. See? You got this. You took control, so now you can breathe again.
