32. The Lunchtime Stroll

If your local government regulations allow for it, now would be a good time to head out for a stroll. A walk outdoors, especially if you make it a brisk one, can work its magic in different ways. The sun, fresh air, and a change of scenery will do you some good. Also, walking increases blood circulation, which leads to a balanced brain that’s better able to concentrate, be creative, and deal with stress. Furthermore, a solid walk increases your level of endorphins, you know, the good stuff that reduces pain and makes you feel relaxed and happier. If you are not allowed to go for walks outside, then opening a window and doing some cardio exercise will also do the trick.
