27. The Cafeteria

Not being able to go to the cafeteria for lunch doesn’t mean that you can’t have lunch with your coworkers. Why not invite your team over for a virtual lunch? Set a fixed time each workday and share some chit-chat over a sandwich during a video call. It will help take your mind off of work, just like a normal office lunch would. You could also invite a coworker to have lunch one-on-one, an excellent opportunity to catch up. Has the freedom of working from home transformed you into a mindless animal? Grazing non-stop or forgetting to eat at all? Then virtual lunch dates might be just the incentive you need to prepare yourself a proper meal.
