Doing your job diligently, keeping spirits high: being a good colleague is more important now than ever. But there’s more you can do. This card invites you to check in on each of your coworkers and take action if needed. Detect signs of anxiety. Is he or she constantly checking the headlines? Ruminating on Corona? Unable to focus? Or showing disproportionate reactions over minor issues? These are all tell-tale signs that anxiety has gotten a hold over them. Here’s what you can do: show understanding and offer your support. Encourage them to reach out to family or professionals for help. Also, keep checking in on them. Your attentiveness can make a huge difference. Bless you!
